My sister ran into my room yesterday holding a very fat Leela. She saw Leela climbing on the wires of the cage and noticed a lump on her side. When she picked her up to look at it, there was a lump on each side. Babies. Bandit was neutered 2 or 3 weeks ago, so this is a complete shock. Leela is huge. My sister had given her a bath 2 days ago and she wasn't big at all. We are expecting them to arrive this weekend. If anyone in Michigan or northern Ohio want to come by an get one in a few weeks, you are free to take as many as you would like. We're hoping that she only has 2-4 big ones instead of 10 or so little guys. I was feeling her belly and could feel little legs/tails! You can't really see how big she is in these pictures, but believe me, she is bigger than the boys. She looks as if she is about to explode!

I am considering this bird but want to hear all the pros and cons ...however they cost so it will be a drawn out search and lots of consideration my hubbie is a bird person and I know he would love to have one ...but my concerns are their behaviour...I heard they can be destructive..and moody but the ones I have come across have been quite playful and gentle..probably due to someones hard training...so I want to hear it all ...no sugar coating

This is a movie I took when it was 10 days old. Now it is 4 and 1/2 weeks. I'll get some new pictures when I get it settled in. If you turn it up you can hear the other breeder birds. That is what I get to hear every morning. Good think I like them. lol

I know how to deal with a puppy that is to nippy but how do you stop a kitten from biting? I just want to pet her I don't want her biting me.
